  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@shopcheriekids.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
